Sound Science - Wolf Class

Date: 21st Apr 2017 @ 3:27pm

Today, Wolf class have been learning all about sound. We have been focusing on how sound travels. We have learnt that sound travels through the air due to vibrations. We also learnt that sound can travel through solid, liquid and gasses.

The children created their own pan pipes out of straws. The children recognised that each straw made a different sound based on pitch. The children also created their own string telephones to explore how sound travels over distance.
